What we make
Five ranges, built at Aston and Wakefield
We keep the catalogue deliberately narrow. Every unit is assembled and tested in England, and every part number below is one we hold.

Pumps
Centrifugal and air-operated diaphragm pumps for process duty.
3 models

Actuated valves
Gate and ball valves supplied complete with actuation and feedback.
2 models

Actuators
Electric linear and quarter-turn rotary actuators with position feedback.
3 models

Sensors & instrumentation
Temperature, pressure and flow measurement, plus the housings to field-mount it.
5 models

Control panels
Motor starters, variable speed drives and multi-drive panels, built to order.
7 models
Full catalogue
Dimensioned drawings, performance curves and material certificates for every range.

Who we supply
Five sectors, one order book
Roughly two thirds of what we build ends up in water and wastewater. The rest keeps us honest.
- Water & wastewaterOur largest sector, and the one we have been in longest.
- Food & beverageStainless, cleanable, and documented.
- Chemical & processWhere the fluid is trying to destroy the equipment.
- Energy & utilitiesGeneration, district heating and grid-adjacent plant.
- OEM & systems integratorsOur components inside somebody else’s machine.
Where we are
Three sites in England
Head office in Bermondsey since 1974. The works in Aston since 1988. Wakefield joined us in 2021.
London
Head office
Head office, sales, finance and the technical desk. No manufacturing — the original Bermondsey workshop moved out to Birmingham in 1988 when we outgrew it, and the building has been offices ever since.

Birmingham
Manufacturing
Our principal works. Machining, fabrication, welding, assembly and final test all happen here, alongside the main raw-material and finished-goods stores and the dispatch bay. If a unit carries an ACME serial number, it was built in Aston.

Wakefield
Assembly and distribution
Acquired in 2021 to put assembly and stock closer to customers in the north. Panel build, actuator assembly and regional distribution. The newest part of the business, and still the one running on the most spreadsheets.

Quality
Certified, tested, and documented
Every pressure-bearing unit is tested on our own rig before it ships, and the certificate goes in the box.
ISO 9001:2015
Design, manufacture and service of flow-control equipment
UKCA / CE — Pressure Equipment
Pressure-bearing products within scope of PER 2016 / PED 2014/68/EU
ATEX — selected ranges
Actuators and sensors specified for Zone 1 and Zone 2
Tell us the duty and we will tell you if we are the right supplier
Send us the fluid, the flow, the pressure and the environment. If one of our ranges fits, we will quote it. If it does not, we will say so and point you at what does.
